What age to wean

Hi guys, sorry I haven been on fr a wile, my Internet broke so I'm using a friends!! I was just wondering what age can I start weaning them?? And what age will they be fully weaned?? I the youngest is 3 weeks but the older one is a good bit older he is fully featherd . Thanks guys!!!

I usually start offering them weaning foods at about 5 weeks, they play with it for the first week or 2, and by about 6/7 weeks start nibbling millet and soaked seed. Takes me till 9 weeks to wean them.
